Standard Terms and Conditions:
- Orders accepted for shipment to US or FPO addresses only
- Orders are shipped FOB point of Origin
- Shipping charges are prepaid and added to invoice,
or we can charge your DHL, UPS or FEDEX account directly
- Shipments are not insured unless requested otherwise.
- If shipping insurance is requested, applicable charges
will be prepaid and added to the invoice.
- Credit cards are not charged until order is shipped
- Backordered shipments are charged or invoiced separately
- US, State and Local government entities, as well as some
healthcare institutions are eligible for credit approval by phone
- Payment terms for open accounts are Net 30
- Invoices more than than 15 days past due are subject to 1.5%
monthly interest charges and loss of quantity discounts.
- Payment must be made in US dollars
- Placing an order shall constitute acceptance of these terms
and conditions. Any differing terms must be negotiated in
advance and agreed to in writing.
- Submitting a purchase order with differing terms shall not
cause these terms to be superceded if that order is fulfilled.

of your application please get in touch with your references and verify the
correct contact information. ( NOTE: Customer service and sales representatives
generally cannot give out credit information, so please ask them for a contact in the
company's credit or accounting department. Also please note that some companies
will not give credit information at all, and are not useful as a credit reference. )
If you are exempt from sales tax, please include a copy of your tax exemption
certificate.
