• These Smith & Nephew IV 3000 Transparent IV Dressings are waterproof & patients can even shower with these dressings
• They have a high moisture vapour transmission rate
• The risk of infection is minimised as the dressing acts as a bacterial & viral barrier
• The Smith & Nephew IV 3000 Transparent IV Dressing aids in the maintenance of skin integrity by using a low allergy adhesive
• IV 3000 is indicated for a wider range of IV sites including Peripheral, Central venous, PICC, Epidural & Paediatric
• Precautions:
  ◦ The IV 3000 should be used on IV sites only & is not meant for open wounds
  ◦ Do not allow the stacking or over lapping of dressings

  ◦ 7 cmX 9 cm, come in a standard packing of 100 units per pack
